As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in sourcing, attracting, hiring, and retaining top local talent. You’ll assist in all the hiring across the company, including Engineering, Customer Success & Operations, Finance, Brand Experience, and Information Security. This is ideal for someone who wants to make an immediate impact, use top notch sourcing strategies, and be part of one of the fastest growing WealthTech firms in the world.

Key responsibilities

  • Source and build pipelines across the company
  • Perform full life cycle recruiting, owning the entire process
  • Partner with hiring managers
  • Demonstrate your negotiation and closing skills
  • Help build a formal college recruiting program
  • Advance our internship and co-op programs
  • Be a thought partner with leaders to define strategies and deliver solutions that redefine the way we recruit talent
  • Ensure a fantastic candidate experience throughout the entirety of the process
  • Provide timely follow ups resulting in a best-in-class candidate and client experience


  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with a combination of corporate and agency in a high tech and/or SaaS environment
  • Ability to identify both active and passive candidates
  • Experience in collaborative and consultative relationship building
  • Be results-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced organization
  • Have a commitment to diversity in your hiring process
  • Possess a strong understanding of our market through thorough research
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with an ability to influence at all levels
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred
