Platform Browser Support

As of July 1, we will no longer be supporting Internet Explorer; please update your browser to avoid any issues. The Advisor360° platform, including Investor360°, is designed to provide users with a secure digital experience that is built to support the latest web browsers.

We currently support browser versions for the following desktop and mobile devices:

  • Desktop: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge
  • Mobile Devices: Safari, Chrome

Please keep in mind that all older versions of these browsers may not be fully compatible with our platform. Additionally, while the desktop version can be viewed on mobile browsers, we recommended downloading the mobile app for an optimized experience.

Using the latest browser versions should provide better encryption and privacy support, which can protect you from malware and other security issues.
