Minimize Ask AI Bar
To give you more screen real estate when reviewing transcripts or documents, you can now minimize the Ask AI bar at the bottom of the page.  

Dynamic-Scope Reasoning
Previously, AI models typically performed a single search of your data at the start of a chat. Our new model evolves with your conversation. As your conversation with Ask AI progresses, the agent now has the capability to "recognize" when it needs more information. It will autonomously reach back into your transcripts, CRM data, and files to retrieve fresh resources in real-time. If you ask a follow-up question that touches on a new topic, the AI doesn't just rely on what it already found — it goes back to the "library" to find exactly what it needs to answer you accurately.

Multi-Line Prompt Support
By popular demand, you can now use Shift + Enter to start a new line within the chat box, allowing you to ask more complex, multi-part questions with better structure.

Improved Output Formatting
AI outputs are now delivered in a clean, professional format, removing technical Markdown symbols (like double asterisks) that previously cluttered copy-pasted text. You can now copy and paste AI insights directly into emails or your CRM's rich text editor without needing to reformat. 

Automatic Household Assignment from Calendly
When a client schedules a meeting via Calendly, Parrot AI will now use the attendee's email to automatically assign the recording and transcript to the correct Household. This removes the manual step of filing meetings scheduled via Calendly.

On-Demand Meeting Sync to Advisor360 CRM
For on-demand or ad-hoc meetings that aren't on your pre-scheduled calendar, Parrot AI will now automatically trigger a sync to the A360 CRM the moment you assign that recording to a household. This ensures that every conversation, even the spontaneous ones, is captured in your CRM without extra manual steps.   

Advisor360 & Salesforce Task Sync 
You can now send tasks directly to Advisor 360 CRM as well as Salesforce CRM! Simply select the AI-generated action items you want to track, and they will be created as tasks within your CRM, ensuring your follow-up workflow remains centralized.  

Redtail Task Sync
You can now send tasks directly to Redtail from Parrot. Select any AI-generated action items from your meeting page to create them automatically as tasks within Redtail CRM, keeping your follow-up centralized.

Lock Screen Recording Controls
Stop your recordings without unlocking your phone. Lock screen recording controls have been added, allowing you to end a session directly from your lock screen — perfect for quickly wrapping up meetings while on the move.    

Phone Extension Support 
Phone registration capabilities have been expanded to support office systems using extensions. Teams working behind a single main office number can now register their individual extensions within Parrot AI. This ensures that every team member's unique calls are correctly identified and filed under the right user profile.  

File Sharing Into Parrot
You can now share audio and video files directly from other apps (such as Voice Memos or Files) into Parrot AI for transcription and analysis. 

Secure Code Support on iOS
The secure code capability is now available on the iOS app. Advisors who share a primary office phone number can input their unique secure code when merging Parrot AI into an incoming mobile call. This ensures the recording is immediately verified and routed to the correct advisor's account.

Secure Codes for Shared Phone Lines
We've launched a new capability to add secure codes for advisors who share a primary office phone number. To ensure every call is attributed to the correct team member, Parrot AI can now assign a unique secure code to each advisor. When merging Parrot into an incoming client call, simply input your code to verify your identity.     

Configurable Recording Retention
Admins can now configure accounts to discard audio and video recordings automatically after a meeting ends, saving only the written transcript. Admins can also set a retention period for the transcript, to align with their compliance policies. Note: The meeting assistant will still join your live calls to capture the text, but the underlying media files will not be stored.

Account Number PII Redaction
To enhance data security, "Account Number" has been added as a Personally Identifiable Information (PII) field in Admin settings. When toggled on, client account numbers will automatically be redacted from all meeting transcripts.

Send Tasks to Advisor360 & Salesforce CRM
