Parrot AI by Advisor360° FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you have a short video explaining how Parrot AI works?
We sure do!
-
What video conferencing tools does Parrot AI work with?
Parrot AI can attend, transcribe, and take notes during meetings for Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
-
How do I record my meeting?
To invite Parrot AI to your meeting, use the Parrot AI toggle in your A360 CRM appointment activity or simply invite parrotai@advisor360.com to your meeting. Parrot AI will join your meeting at its scheduled time and transcribe your conversation.
-
How can I view my transcript after it has finished processing?
Once your meeting has finished processing, a notification will alert you that a new note has been assigned to you by Parrot AI. AI generated notes will be available within your client's record or within Practice360° as an activity. Click on the Note to see a list of the meeting's attendees, an AI-generated summary, topics discussed, suggested follow-up tasks, and a downloadable transcript. If there are multiple attendees, a note will be generated for each unique household or unhouseholded person. If there are no records found for the attendee(s), a note will be generated without a regarding.
-
I did not get notified or see a Note created after the meeting concluded. Why not?
There are a few reasons why you may not see a generated note after a meeting has concluded.
- Only one entitled user can be assigned as the owner upon generation. If there are multiple users within the entitlement, the Note will go to the first recognized entitled user.
- If the meeting contains no entitled user, a note will not be generated.
To get help with note generation, reach out to your Practice Development Specialist (PDS).
-
How long before my transcription and notes are available?
This depends on a few factors including type, size, and length of the recording. For a 30-minute meeting, it should be available within 10 minutes of when the meeting ends.
-
I invited Parrot AI, but it didn't join the meeting. Why not?
There are a number of reasons why Parrot AI might not be able to join meetings. Here's a few of them:
- We support Zoom and Microsoft Teams for MassMutual. If you are using another conference platform, Parrot AI will not be able to join your meeting.
- The meeting platform has the "Require authentication to join" setting turned on. Parrot AI won't be able to join if this is turned on.
- The meeting has a "Waiting Room" enabled. If this is the case, you or the meeting host need to admit Parrot AI into the meeting.
-
Does Parrot AI comply with data and system security standards?
Yes, we are committed to complying with GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA regulations as well as FINRA and the SEC's requirements. We are also SOC2 Type II certified, ensuring that our security policies and controls continuously meet the highest industry standards.
