This is a rare opportunity for a storyteller! Use your creativity to engage a business audience across channels in a fast-growing FinTech company ranked as the second largest in Massachusetts by the BBJ. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally as a key member of an expanding Marketing team. You will help shape, write, and share content that engages senior business audiences across all channels. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious about people and enjoys writing content that elicits an emotional response. The position will report to the VP, Marketing and is based in our Weston, MA headquarters.

Key responsibilities

  • Write and publish conversational, well-researched content such as white papers, blog posts, website/landing pages, social posts, facts sheets, webinars, video scripts, and more to drive traffic and engage enterprise buyers
  • Use SEO tools to identify and prioritize new content opportunities and optimize existing content
  • Manage all aspects of organic social campaigns from start to finish including calendar management, social media content writing, posting, monitoring, and reporting
  • Deepen Advisor360°’s understanding of customers, prospects, and competitors by being a great “listener,” using consumer intelligence tools to derive insights on which stories are resonating
  • Identify and engage with industry influencers and be active in their conversations
  • Monitor and analyze data on content from social media platforms and our website to determine the effectiveness of content and provide actionable insights
  • Be our internal evangelist to socialize content so everyone in our organization knows what top content is available and where to find it

  • Connect the dots between consumer storytelling techniques and engaging business audiences
  • Desire to help build the strategy for how content supports our ABM program
  • Understand the basics of SEO and how to best set up content for success in search
  • Have a passion for understanding how social media works, what content goes viral, and who is doing it incredibly well
