L1 HelpDesk Specialist

As a L1 HelpDesk Specialist, you will provide quality desktop, software, and systems support to all Advisor360° employees, delivering a high degree of customer service and technical expertise in a timely manner. You will be responsible for troubleshooting Windows-based application issues and determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided. You will also be responsible for providing timely, high-quality responses to user requests and problems via a ticketing system. You will also assist with team projects and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot Windows 10
  • Image and configure workstations
  • Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices (iOS and Android)
  • Provide support over the phone and in person
  • Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft Office 365, hardware, and applications

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team

Additional skills and knowledge

  • An associate degree (or higher)
  • General understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)​
  • SharePoint admin experience desirable but not a must-have
