Jed Maczuba: I have part of my organization that is exclusively part of an innovation lab. And they're looking at 2, 3, 5 years out and building the product, doing POCs, testing things out, so I think from a value proposition for our client, it's what you said, shared research and development. So they're getting the innovation as part of the price of the services.
